Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (India) We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners.
- Standard delivery: 4 - 7 business days depending on your location
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3 - 5 business days
- Remote or rural pincodes may take slightly longer
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. A ₹100 COD convenience charge applies to Cash on Delivery orders.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order directly on our website.
International Shipping We currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon - stay tuned!
Undelivered or Returned Orders If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us; we'll reach out to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.
