Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Please share your order number and reason for return, and we'll take it from there.
Exchanges We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Defective or incorrect items If you received a defective or wrong item, we sincerely apologise. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right immediately.
To initiate a return/exchange/report a defective or wrong item
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5 - 7 business days to your original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer (NEFT/UPI). Please note that the ₹100 COD convenience charge is non-refundable.
Return Shipping We offer free returns - we'll arrange a pickup at no cost to you. In case a pickup isn't available at your pincode, we'll reimburse the return shipping cost upon receipt.
Non-returnable items Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
